Mrs. Segura is a Partner of the firm and the Officer in charge of Financial and Administrative Services. She has over 20 years of experience in administrative operations and property management, handling a variety of financial, administrative, and oversight functions.
A fully bi-lingual and bi-cultural professional, Mrs. Segura is proficient in selected accounting software and office packages.
She maintains the firm’s relationships with external auditors, commercial banks, credit card companies, and other services and vendors. Furthermore, she oversees the firm's compliance with government contracting requirements, as well as all bookkeeping and accounting processes, record keeping and filing system, and home office support to client service consultants.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Mrs. Segura was active in real estate property management including advertising, screening and reviewing applications, negotiating contracts, overseeing maintenance and repair work, and performing all administrative and accounting related activities.
She holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees from The American University in Washington DC, as well as an Associate of Arts (AA), from Montgomery College of Rockville, Maryland. Mrs. Segura is fluent in Spanish (native speaker) and has a basic knowledge of French and German.
