Irakli Tskhelishvili is an Assistant Project Administrator for SEGURA, supporting the firm's work on the USAID-funded Regional Economic Growth (REG) project in Europe and Eurasia.
Prior to joining SEGURA in 2016, Mr. Tskhelishvili worked primarily in Georgia. This included positions as a Financial Analyst and Sales/Strategy Manager for private organizations, as well as work for the Revenue Service of Georgia, Ministry of Finance of Georgia, and a private bank. Through these experiences, he has developed strong analytical, problem solving and strategy management skills.
Mr. Tskhelishvili graduated with an MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB) in 2016, with concentrations in Finance and Management Consulting. He is fluent in English, Georgian and Russian.
